Gentle Strength is a kinder, more holistic approach to physical exercise. It raises awareness of our physical balance and stability through challenging bodyweight movements. With a blend of isometric holds, animal flow and pilates, the body will learn to find ease in every-day movement. It will not leave you physically exhausted - but it will offer you an opportunity to feel uplifted.By arriving to a session, expect an emphasis on breath work and postural awareness. We will use this as a baseline to practice exploring the strengths and capabilities of the body. All abilities are welcome, and it helps to come with an open mind.Barefoot is encouraged for this class!
