Daily aches and restrictions can feel uncomfortable, but we can start feeling better by moving better. Better starts with raising awareness of our joints, and the relationship between those parts and the forces the they experience.This class offers a way to explore different body parts and bodyweight movements safely with an instructor.And by improving our balance and coordination, everyday movements begin to help us feel better.
