Power Vinyasa

A fast-paced Vinyasa-style yoga class, linking breath with movement. The class is designed to challenge participants physically and mentally in a fun and invigorating way. As a former management consultant, David found it hard to switch off from his day-to-day until he found this practice, which teaches you how to focus on the right things and progress step-by-step. Expect lots of verbal cues and hands-on assists & adjustments. Even though it's challenging, it's also beginner-friendly for those with an open mind and willingness to learn.
