Vinyasa Flow

Dive deeper into your practice in this grounding and restorative 75 minute class. We will begin with learning some yogic philosophy, followed by a Meditation or Pranayama practice. Through this session you will be able to build upon your self-awareness and nurture vital internal qualities like patience, resilience, compassion and humility, while being offered the opportunity to learn about yoga's roots and philosophy.
