Breathwork & Meditation

Breathwork (Pranayama), a key component of yoga, involves consciously controlling and guiding the breath to influence both the body and mind, evoking specific emotions or states of being. By harnessing the power of the breath, the breathwork practice becomes a transformative tool for emotional and physical well-being. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, boost energy, or restore balance, breathwork can help you cultivate a more centred and empowered mind-body connection. In this class, Hannah will safely guide you through powerful breathing techniques and sequences that will aim to either energise or ground you, depending on the week, matched with a carefully curated playlist. The class will finish off with a long unguided meditation where you can melt  into your mat and feel the benefits of the practice come to life in the body.Hannah is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator specialising in connected, down-regulating breathwork. Her teaching style is down-to-earth and authentic with her teachings coming from the heart and drawn from personal experience. She brings a kind and nurturing quality to her classes while keeping them light hearted and fun. After having a regular and dedicated yoga practice for over a decade, the mat still continues to be the one place she feels most present and free and teaches purely to be able to hold a safe space for others to feel that for themselves.
